1/3rd deposit due on booking and the balance due 6 weeks prior to departure with £300 refundable damage deposit.
Whatever number of apartments are required , you will still have sole exclusive private use of the Villa and its facilities.
Cost Includes:
- Electricity and water
- Weekly change of linen and towels (Guests must provide their own pool towels)
- Cleaning of the apartment upon departure
Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday. Guests are allowed access to the Villa from late afternoon and should depart the Villa no later than 10am.
The studio is only used when 14 people stay unless an additional weekly charge is paid.
